Postino, you are a vibe! If you're looking for a quick snack, a light meal, and some good drinks to be enjoyed with loved ones, this is your spot! We ordered a bruschetta board in which you get to pick 4 different bruschettas from their selection. If I remember correctly we got the tomato/arugula/cheese mix, salmon/pesto, spicy jam one, and the apple brie. If I were to rank my favorite from top to bottom, it'd be in that exact order. My husband had their $6 happy hour glass of wine recommended by our waiter (Nolan?), and he really enjoyed it! It's one of their white wines - Alpina from France. This is probably my favorite Postino location as the parking lot is spacious. Everybody loves a place where they don't have to panic while parallel parking. ;) Also, the staff were so friendly, attentive, and our waiter was very knowledgeable in making all the right recommendations! Enjoy!

Best food I've had since I moved to Colorado in July! Looking for our fave spots and quickly added this to the list. Our server was busy but was at our beck n call every time we needed something. The ambiance was nice but so loud it was not ideal for 2 of our visitors that were sensitive to sounds. Will be back!

I've been obsessed with Postino since moving to Colorado and thrilled they continue opening up more locations across the country. You really can't beat their bruschetta boards. Usually I avoid visiting because of the crowds, but my partner and I went to Highlands Ranch on a special occasion, and this one takes reservations. Service was fantastic - our waitress even went out of her way to fix our wobbly table before we could say anything. While I enjoyed a French grenache, my partner and I split a Caprese Panini as well as a Bruschetta Board - Butternut Squash, Pepper Jam, Smoked Salmon, and Mushroom. Always love the salmon and mushroom. The squash was seasonally delicious. Could have done without the pepper jam, not sure how I haven't learned after all this time. The sandwich was phenomenal. So fresh, on delicious foccacia bread. Would come back again!

The bruschetta boards are all amazing. Love the outdoor patio area in the summertime, as well!

Had a great experience at the Highlands Tanch location recently. As always, the boards were fantastic and had tons of flavor. There was a 40 minute wait, but we grabbed a seat in the couch waiting area and were called almost immediately to be seated! Service was good, the waitress was always around when we needed something, and water glasses were always full. The restaurant was packed at 6pm on a Wednesday and there was lively chatter all around. Postino typically has a handful of deals for boards and bottles, and happy hour. We each got a board and tried various versions of the bruschettas. I had the Artichoke, Salmon Pesto, Prosciutto and Fig, and Spicy Pepper Jam. All were good as usual!

My first time here meeting some friends. Great place for a meetup, glass of wine and some apps. Good ambiance and some games were on as well. We had the salmon platter and meatballs with cheese. It was good. No bowl of spaghetti or wings were available just apps. If you're ok with that, you'll love it.

If you have never fallen in love at first sight, you are eating at the wrong spot. Who can refuse wine and charcuterie boards paired with great service and happy vibes? If you haven't discovered Postino's, you have been missing out my friends! Great spot for dates, brunch, lunch, happy hour and anyone you have a craving for delish carbs. I have been a fan of them since their origin in Arizona. Was so happy to see they expanded to Colorado. I've been to the other locations which all have different vibes but always consistently good service and great food. The Highlands Ranch location is easy to get to with plenty of parking. You don't have to rush and will want to stay awhile. Great seating inside or out. Shout out to Evan for being the rockstar server that he always is! Everyone is right about raving about the bruschetta board. You can't go wrong with the options. Why not order two boards so you can try them all! My personal favorites are the brie and apple, proscuitto and fig, salmon pesto and the tomato and basil. If you want to pregame before the wine and board, the meatball and skewers are so yummy. I also love the grilled cheese with the tomato dip. Happiness calories do NOT count. Their soup and salad is generous portions. Enjoy being happy. Be selfish with your time, money and space. Order the bottle of wine and board. Eat like a sloth and take your time here.

This place usually has good food and drink options for Highlands Ranch and the people working there are nice. The Nine Iron sandwich is delicious and wine options are always great. I dropped a star because the smoked salmon snacky thing had smoked salmon that smelled fishy and old, tasted awful and had a bone in the one small bite I took. I would recommend trying one of the boards if you have a group. We will be back again.

Yum! Got take out for dinner and tried the brussel sprout salad and flatbread platter - so delicious and hit the spot. Portions are generous as well. A lot of people were sitting at the restaurant for happy hour so would be a fun place to dine in as well
